DSS is an interactive computer based system, which helps decision makers to utilize data and models to solve unstructured problems. The DSS are built on query languages and are implemented using Report- Generators (RPG) or Data-retrieval products. This presentation gives the overview of DSS and where it is utilized in reallife.
